About Stromiga

Stromiga Inc. was established in 1973 by Charles and Jules Benjamin with a single industrial property. In 1987 Stromiga acquired its second industrial property, and since then the second generation of this family-owned business has significantly expanded the portfolio with properties in Western Canada and the Western United States.

Our Properties

Stromiga Inc. develops and manages a portfolio of properties in Alberta (Edmonton, Drumheller), Saskatchewan (Regina, Humboldt), California (San Francisco, Gilroy), and Arizona (Tucson). With over 700,000 sq. ft. of real estate Stromiga’s portfolio includes multi-tenant industrial, retail centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and residential condominium projects.

We encourage prospective tenants to ask about availability in any of the buildings that we develop/manage since new spaces open up monthly. We also consider requests to build to suit.
